That has issues afaik as it hasn't implemented the new dbgCacheInterfaces.

It should be implemented soon, but until then https://github.com/astronautlevel2/BootNTR/releases should work

I thought Nanquitas said that v2.3 fixed the issues that were happening, with the help of Aurora Wright?

Glad to know this works. I lost my ds and got a new one, but sadly it is at 11.2 by default. Any ideas how to downgrade or hack as of this new update? I want to get NTR

Is NTR like a bootloader for running homebrew? because that would atleast be a bit of a relief for 11.1 and up users

No it's not a bootloader of any kind. Where did you get that bit of false information from? :/ NTR also requires CFW, which you can't get on 11.0+ without a hardmod or the DSiware downgrade method.

NTR is a plugin loader for Homemenu that lets you use cheats with menus in games. It's like a Gameshark for a 3DS.
