This is what I did.
I used the WUP Installer from Here
I downloaded the Keys from Here
and I dragged the key on to this software
After the download, install it and should automatically prompt you with an update page.
It did for Super Mario Maker
Splatoon, and Pokken Tournament.

Well, now I know that the link is not allowed to be shared, before I wasn't aware of. When you replied, I was posting the link a second time and did not know you said that. GBA Temp doesn't automatically refresh the thread, like when you're on Facebook, and you see on a post "Someone is writing a comment". I am sorry for sharing, It is my fault and should've known.
