You don't need a wud, you need the encrypted game files from nintendo's servers.
The wud is only in case you don't have to game's ticket, you can extract it from an existing wud (dumped by release groups). Or you can find pre-extracted and already patched tickets on the illegal to share here website ISO.

and if I have a .wud file? can I use this to install the game to HDD?

oops, sorry, forgot a part :
java -jar JNUStool.jar <TitleID> -dlEncrypted

and if I have a .wud file? can I use this to install the game to HDD?
You don't install the wud directly.
The wud only provides you the ticket to install the eshop game.

When i try to install Kirby and the Power Paintbrush, i get error code 0xFFFBFFE7
I have downloaded all the files off NUS trough the jnustool cmd command.
I have modified the ticket with @AboodXD 's tik modifier tool. Install folder size is 2,85GB.

My install folder:

Can someone please tell me what i'm doing wrong/what i need more? Thanks.

Mind sharing a screenshot of your folder?

BTW guys, why are you saying NUSgrabber is slow? It's as fast as it can get for me...

Is there any other way to get .cert files? No matter what I do NUS does not seem to download them. I'm using the

java -jar JNUSTool.jar [titleid] -dlEncrypted

command.
