Hacking Cartridge save not working after downgrade

hello , so i used to play MH4U on ver 8.1 and now i downgraded to 4.5 but when start the game whether in sysnand or emunand(11.1.0-34) thought gateway classic mode the game tells me that the save is unusable and it need to format the saves

i tried the game on a normal 3ds (not flashedor anything) on ver 11.1.0-34 , it worked with my save on it

so is there anything i can do to fix this ?

Because save encryption keys changed later on in the 3DS life. There is no reason to be on 4.5. Downgrade to 2.1, get your OTP, install A9LH, and just update to the latest. It's worth it.

That's why nobody downgrades to 4.x anymore. Save KeyY was changed in firmware 6.0, so cartridges saves aren't interchangeable between +6.0 saves and -6.0 saves. This only affects physical games released after firmware 6.0. Do what YourHero said, downgrade to 2.1, get your otp, install a9lh, inject emunand.

They're almost worthless already. You can use Gateway with A9LH, though.
