Sadly I can't do anything with it. I have every game which is downloadable there legit. :/

you can try to dump ticket and share them , specially the games that has no wud dumps yet(splash colors for exemple)

You can use JNUSTool Abood linked or you can try moving wget and the dll file back a folder from nusgrabber, since it looks like your system thinks it should be looking outside the working directory.

For example: I have MK8 Disc, I installed MK8 to Wii U memory instead.

Let people dump their tickets to install games to memory instead, discs can break, you know...
(I can show you proof that I own every game that I installed!)

Nevermind, I'm actually against piracy and this "dumper" would lead into chaos.
