Well the first screenshots we saw of Phineas had a red (!) by the title which could possibly mean they installed Phineas data under a different title ID (such as another game's update)

That red (!) was a problem with his HDD, he switched it and the mark disappeared.

Will it show a "purchased" sign a the eShop even with that new account and wiiu set back to factory defaults? The game should work, how I understand, the downloaded game is per-console. So they maybe trolling US.

Yeah i can agree with you. For my area we have had him been active at around 3 am PST so for Brazil hours that would be like in the morning, but he has been constantly posting stuff around those hours, so maybe he only have time to test this during the morning?

No known way to dump/extract ticket. You would need that to reinstall the game off of the eShop, and if they had that, it would not be a troll.
