Sorry but I don't really get what you mean. :) I'm just looking for a .cia file to install which allows me to transfer files with FileZilla. :)

I recommend, personally, FTPD (as .cia). I use it nearly every day, if I swap savefiles between PC/Sd-Card.
But for really big files, like .cias of games, it will be better to connect the sd-card directly to the PC. :)

Thank you. Do you mean this? https://github.com/mtheall/ftpd

I dont understand the installation. Do I just download the .cia file and install it? Because it says "You must first install and set up devkitARM and libctru. Clone this repository and cd in the resulting directory."

Such notes are for compiling it yourself ^^.
Just download the cia and install through FBI or whatever

And yes, that's it

Even if it is an old 3ds, to save effort, on that iso site theres a cia for microsd management, and it works perfectly on o3ds. I can pm you a mega link if you need it, but you can just use windows's native file explorer instead of filezilla.

My PC just whines, haha. Random stuff about SMB logon sessions that I really don't care enough about Windows Servers to research into :P

You can connect to an FTP-Server on your 3DS through the Windows Explorer too, no need for FileZilla.
Just type ftp://[your 3ds' ip]:[port] as folder path while having a running FTP Server.

It does take some time to close the connections after you're done though,
so you could be "stuck" at the "Waiting for SocExit()" message for longer than you're used to.
