If you are on 11.0 and have luma, you must have a9lh or at least a 3ds on 9.2 with emunand.

You can chainload payloads from luma, payloads like decrypt9. Look at the luma3ds github wiki

That is what I used I got it dumped but the files won't work with ohana or garctools

Maybe decrypt it on PC with the appropriate tools ask @NWPlayer123 if she isn't busy on twitter with all the NX hype lol she has warned everyone
