Homebrew Homebrew via Browserhax

Hello everyone,

I am completely new to the whole homebrew thing. I have some questions and I hope someone can help me.

I want to use PKHex, in order to do so I need Homebrew to aquire a save data of the pokemon game. I make some research and found various methods to do this. Many told me about Ninjhax, which isn't possible for me, since I don't have a copy of it. Then I saw Browserhax, and first I was completely happy to see a method where you don't need a hardcopy/eshop of a game. Then I was dissapointed, because it is outdated and not working for the latest patch 11.0.0-34.

Now my questions:

- Is their someone working on Browserhax, and can I see the development process anywhere? I would really like to use it, but I couldn't find good informations about it.
- Is their any other way to use PKHex that doesn't require a hardcopy/eshop of a game? I know about PowerSave too, but I need to buy something for it, and I would really like to do it immediately.
- In a tutorial video I saw that using Browserhax, you don't really jailbreak your nds or something, it's just on your sd card, and you run the homebrew via the Browser. Is that correct?

It is secondary, so you need a eshop/hardcopy exploit to install.

Basically when its secondary you need a game that does only need the 3DS to install the exploit

Smash, Cubic Ninja, Freakyforms Deluxe, Browserhax are primary

Rest are secondary

Secondary means you need a way to install the exploit, it won't work normally.

You would need another way to run the homebrew launcher to install the exploit on that secondary exploited game

Or with OOT3D you can use a Power save to install the exploit

Nope, its better to get a primary(Cubic Ninja or Smash seems the best ones(Don't get Smash if yoy don't have a N3DS, it won't work)

I have a new nintendo 3ds, if you mean that.
I saw about a method with Alpha Saphire or Omega Ruby. Is that Primary or secondary?
Are my games not usable after that anymore? I don't want to loose my save on omega ruby and stuff and I want to play it in the future.

In Smash, you can still use the game

In Pokemon OR/AS it's secondary + I don't think you can use the game after it

you would need a Laptop with Ubuntu tho...

I would always recommend FreakyForms Deluxe or Cubic Ninja, Smash is too much of a hassle to use for most.

In Pokemon OR/AS it's secondary + I don't think you can use the game after it

ORAS is secondary, but the game still works perfectly the the exploit except something about your secret base is broken. Other than that everything else in the game still works with the exploit installed.

Maybe they are in private, or maybe there is no use of it right now as long as there are exploits.

That is sad, i bought my 3DS 3 weeks ago, i cant get freakyforms or cubic ninja because in my country there are impossible to get, i CANT buy them from ebay because import regulations in my country are s*it, the only way i have is smashbrohax and i know there is a lot of people trying to do it on 11.1 and it doesnt work...sigh paying 40 dollars for something i dont know if its going to work...and on top of that, all my wireless cards dont have injection support..

But all exploits need additional games. That is kind of bad for me, especially because every game has high pricing.

Maybe I should just buy Powersaves, I can get it for 20€ instead of 60€ Cubic Ninja.
