I need a new controller which I can connect to my rooted Android phone (doesn't have USB-OTG) and to my PC. Recommendations?

Just about any bluetooth controller would be fine. What kind of PC games do you plan on playing with it? The NES30 Pro is a great controller that will connect to just about every device with bluetooth/USB ports and is perfect for retro stuff, but the L1/L2 R1/R2 buttons are a bit awkwardly placed and don't work too well for some of the more trigger-oriented PC titles. It's a bit small, but assuming you want something portable for your phone it'd be about perfect for both.

You can use something like this, i have one of this brand, gamesir g3s, (look like playstation controlller.) it's basically the same as mine but re designed like xbox controller. It supports pc with built in x-input and is wireless with the usb dongle, and bluetooth over android and ios. you can also just use the wire if you want to play and charge. Also just a tip, android works best with x-input controls as opposed to android driver controls, but they both work, on android. The price is worth it so take it from someone who has one. :)

As bonus it also supports ps3 and turbo mode (rapid fire for any ot the gun gamers out there) Now any gun in shooting games that isn't automatic firing like assult rifles and machine guns can feel like one now. Also has vibration... i say maybe about 10 hour battery life with the input lights on which can be turned off anytime as well. For android games or emulators it works like it should and also has vibration, with x-input only.
