This looks great! But, will it be possible to have the Nintendo logo under the Nintendo DS logo, and the "Press the touchscreen to continue" text at the bottom?

as long its seen by the 3DS (doesnt crash it though) what you can TRY though is the Action Replay Stage 3 launcher from Apache's other thread replace its .nds file w/ the same one that will be that card's latest fw update and should work .. HOWEVER, you need to enable loading external modules in latest luma and put a patched twlbg.cxi for your 3DS Model in /luma to run em (the stage 3 launchers need to be updated where they wont need this anymore.)

My new version of NTR Bootstrap no longer requires dev launcher patch. You can use that instead of the old action replay launcher:

Hey, do you know if there may be a chance that something like this could be enabled through a custom firmware similar to the AGB boot screen? Just thinking this would be awesome for when I use a forwarder channel (although the fact that it's a forwarder channel may make it more complicated then that. Maybe it would have to be something injected into the forwarder? Not sure ;-; )?

EDIT: Oh nevermind. Didn't read the forwarder post in all of it's entirety before, this is awesome, seriously thank you for all of your hard work Apache Thunder! It's all these cool little small things coming together that I never really knew (or remembered) that I wanted that's just making it all the better. Thank you again!

If you're using EmuNAND, install it in sysNAND too.

What card are you using when you're getting the whitescreen?

used to work back when 4.5.xx was released ,
an R4i SDHC Dual-Core New

maybe its bricked? because their are chances since they release cards every year with minor changes to name and no change to looks (i didnt update the card a relative of mine did..)

also the card isnt supported now so had to get its kernel files via the wayback machine

Running CycloDS fw2.3 on NTR_launcher 1.9.4 on O3DSXL with Luma 6.3.1 and A9LH. It boots up and runs games fine, but some menus freeze. The settings menu or the per-game sub-menus freeze (no inputs work), but the clock keeps ticking in the background. The in-game enhanced menu works fine at least. I can also still use the home button functionality, so the TWL OS itself isn't freezing. I have also tried reflashing my CylcoDS firmware, using someone else's CycloDS folder items (his/hers worked fine on their 3DS), and using a clean CycloDS folder (I let the OS create a fresh config). It doesn't matter if I set the RESETSLOT1 to 1 or 0, either. Can you help?

Luma3DS auto-patches TWL_FIRM, so no need for a manual installation. Where is Luma3DS' .bin file, and what's it's filename?

Thanks so much! I'm successfully using my old CycloDS Evolution with a N3DS XL w/ A9LH & Luma. Why is it that the 3DS w/ Luma can't boot the flash cart directly? Just curious... Thanks again for this!

@Psionic Roshambo, people who cant download it can still play the game

If your internet speeds are fast enough. Streaming 4k takes alot. I used to only have 20mb sec, and 4k struggled. Now I have 300mb sec and 4k plays fine.

Did you feed the hamster in your internet router? It prob died and is running slow now.

@BigOnYa, why did you start saying my pc has a hamster in the first place?

I think Game streaming should work like this.... Local Hardware able the run the game fine, game engine and common assets stored locally, all FMV and music and textures could be streaming

Or free government supplied high speed internet be nice also. Like Obama care. Xdqwerty that's cool, its time consuming but rewarding once done or playable, to see what you've made from scratch. Animations take forever, but worth it.

    @BigOnYa,
and the visual aspect of the game is quite crude (the sprite that looks best is that of the protagonist just because he is a stickman with sunglasses)

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
There is a bullets behaviour you assign to your character, that makes the code easier, under "behaviours"
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
i meant that when the character is pointing to the right, the bullets spawn where they should, but when he is on the right, they move to the right but the spawn point is incorrect
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Itch.io has lots of free assets also. Under the bullets behavior tab, there is a "rotate bullets" option, can try that. Or in the code can try
    - fire bullet Player.X(PlayerDirection)

That's cool tho, I'm proud of you going back to it, not giving up. It is difficult at first to learn, but fun once you get the hang of it. I think I've watched every tutorial video there is, but I still struggle sometimes to get stuff to work right. But gotta keep trying dif things, and eventually you will get it right.
