Hacking JK Save manager questions.

I have pokemon alpha sapphire installed on my 3ds with arm9lh and i would like to buy a physical copy of the game in the future (probably before sun and moon rolls out). Is it possible to backup my save file from extdata and import it to the save slot/memory of the cartridge? And if that is possible, how do I get to do that? Thanks in advance!

Yep, it's possible with JK save manager.

Refresh game -> sd/cia -> your game -> save data options -> export save
Cartridge -> save data options -> import save
