Homebrew Downgrade from 9.90 to 9.2

Hello all !

I'm a noob in the 3DS scene (i become from the Wii U scene ).
So I planned to buy a 3DS XL and I have two choice :

• Buying a 3DS XL with v11.0.
• Buying a 3DS XL with v9.90.

After reading some guides, 9.90 version is better.
My question is : it's possible to downgrade 9.90 to 9.2 version ? (All tuto is for >= 10.0).

Yeah just follow this guide https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki from beggining to end and in the end you'll have your system fully hacked with a9lh and cfw on the latest firmware.
It's quite easy and it doesn't take long!
And yes, it's possible to downgrade with the 9.9 one(and easier, I would choose that one)

The original sysUpdater won't run on 9.9.

The 11.0 3DS would require a hardmod or another 3DS to hack, so definitely don't get that one. The 9.9 one is easy to hack, use the guide mentioned earlier.

Downgrading is part of the guide, just follow it and you'll be fine
