Most likely not, Luma is arm11 code and home menu and stuff is arm9. The only reason we have region free is because someone reverse engineered the loader module, so implementing NTR would require reversing a lot more modules (fs, sm, and pm at the very least, probably). This is a ton of work no one wants to do.

Compile it yourself or wait till i feel like compiling it and updating the OP w/ it. an dits not hard setting up your PC to Compile Luma neither.
