Browserhax isn't recommended for any kernel-related stuff.
Hell, even installing legit CIAs or downgrading on 9.3-10.7 doesn't work and gets stuck with browserhax 95% of the time.

You mean the A9LH branch of rxTools? If so, you're taking a serious risk. If you attempt that with a N3DS, then say hello to a nice new brick. If not, and you're using an O3DS, you may not brick, but I still wouldn't recommend you do that.

Not the A9LH branch, I believe I have the 3.0 beta from the website, I can't be sure since I don't have my 3ds on me right now. But I can say its not A9LH definitely.
