before you call me out on it, yes, im a hardcore noob. I have Luma CFW with sysNAND 9.2 and emuNAND 9.2 o3ds, i want to update my emunand, but i dont know how to. I looked through google, but couldn't get a straight answer. I guessing you do it through the system setting?

Yes just system settings and system update.

Yes, through the system settings in emunand. but if you leave system settings you'll be sent back to sysnand.

i recommend switching to a9lh. it's safer and better

Make sure nands are unlinked then update emunand through system settings.
Also you should update to A9LH.

If i dont unlink the nands, what will happen? I already have TinyFormat installed, but i was just wondering.
If your nands are linked then sysnand will update as well as emunand. Meaning you can't use custom firmware anymore.

Ok, so i updated via sys settings, but i got an error.
What do you mean by an error? What happens?

And I really don't want to be one of those people, but I'd really recommend installing A9LH to make CFW a lot more simpler and easier to use. And you can save space on your sd card with no emunand.

Sent from my Browser on a New 3DS XL with A9LH

Alright, so succefully updated, and now have sysNAND: 9.2 emuNAND: 11.0. CFW: Luma3ds + a9lh. Luma is up to date, and also installed ntr cfw.
Thanks for all the help!
