It's kind of hard to decode two random letters you pulled out of your ass and gave a meaning to.
Maybe this actually is an English cipher like I'd thought originally. That doesn't make it any easier to decode, considering you only gave us one two-letter word instead of, like, a sentence.

I didn't pull it out of my ass.

I basically got something that was in english and just converted it into stuff converting THAT into stuff and so on.

The more you convert/encode something, the harder it is to decode, and we don't even have a slight clue how you encoded/converted it. It's probably impossible to get anything out of that.
