And just delete what inside french and german folders or replace them with empty files with the same extension (.pck)
by doing this you will free 700 mb

PS3 scene taught us you don't even need to replace them.
Just deleting them is already enough seeing the game never access them unless you select that particular language.

You can delete language files from discs if you got a JTAG/RGH.
That even dates back to the old Xbox, where that also was possible.
