Hacking Can update game on sky3ds?

Noob question here, can i update my games without getting banned? Play games on sky3ds, not planning to go online with it(didn't change private header) , just update the games.

Yes you can update in fact you don't need to have the card inserted, just go to the eshop search the game update download it and play, the update is installed inside your SD card.

Is the same thing but for peace of mind what I do is go to the eshop and search "update" find the one for the game I want and done.
