No, since you need access to the Nand you need to canhave access to it. For extract you need the Nand xorpads and the Nand dump.
You can still try System Applications as it will work in theory only decrypting the NUS CIA"s and converting to .3DS, if you can get someone to decrypt the NUS CIA"s to you; they are System Settings, Mii Maker, and the rest listed here: https://3dbrew.org/wiki/Title_list

Easiest is probably to copy the old files as that change only touched 2 files.
Sorry about the bug it introduced btw :(

@drwhojan: If changing a constant made Citra magically faster AND still be correct, we'd surely have it done in the official release by now.. If you want to contribute to Citra, respect the GPL and do changes in code, not some stupid Hex-Editor (leave that to the professionals who have to RE binaries because the source is not available).

They is a lot one can learn from the source code it self in that department , thumb/arm comes also second.

Quote, in between the lines

Code:
In source code this part of the hex is at , gpu.cpp - citra/src/core/hw/gpu.cpp
268123480ull = F42F4400 , 536246960ull = B93D8F00
/// 268MHz CPU clocks / 60Hz frames per secondconst u64 frame_ticks =268123480ull/60;

Back to normal - So they is a hidden source code then ie not released ?

Technically , I did kind of do it in code to know the difference in up clocking and down clocking the CPU audio/video

One has to use the best of both .

Well I get the System Setup to boot!:

But I can get trought it because I can"t set the 3D Slider to On, maybe I try with 2DS dumps to see if with that I can"t skip the 3DS Slider part.

you are most likely messing up with libraries that are included when building,or the object code after linking, not the code itself.with hex, you are directly modifying the machine code,and that can be anything from the compiled code,libraries or even the gui.

I know i am best to work local, but if fixes the game's temp, it ok for now. as ones own

Why does One Piece : Super Grand Battle X have this on every build, i know in 2015 there was some build that had no graphics error when you move you have these black lines coming.

Game is othervise 100% playable save works, fps is max and sound is 98% perfect

i have a question . Is there any way to make citra run certain programs like BigBlueMenu? It would help install the dlc which is really one of the most important things for me.

I launch System Setting App for the first time and here is the first boot of the 3ds.
I use the latest build of citra. The progress is amazing :)

All best with it!, But Note. Posting more images and video prof in action would help a lot!

An other picture of System Setting App running on Citra.
Unfortunately, the emulator slows down and touchscreen disable after this screen :

Note : With the unofficial build, I can reach the main setting app, with all settings like internet, DS profile, 3ds data...
The firmware version is 0.0.0-0.

mind sharing with me through pm where you got that build from and whatever u used to get to the internet settings that's just amazing you managed to get there :O

@LouisBlaster72 Try with putting the Language as English in CitraOptions and select English when System Settings (mset) ask you, then you will be able to touch the button. But you won"t be able to continue because you can"t change the 3D Slider position, I"m not sure if is possible to skip this with a 2DS config file since they are some checks for the Serial Number when the System Model value is the one of the 2DS and I"m not sure it that will cause some problem with Citra.
@Akirou and @Akutagawa That it"s the Nightly Build you can get it at Citra website, note you need Nand files to can boot some System Titles: https://citra-emu.org/page/download

any idea where i can get some nand files also he said he used a different build to the nightly build to get to the internet settings

You need to dump that files from a 3DS, I used System Settings in Nightly Build without poblems with the Nand files needed.
Here"s a guide of how to do that: https://github.com/citra-emu/citra/wiki/Home-Folder
i don't have a 3ds and i want to know if it can work with downloaded nand files and if it's not against the rules would you mind sharing yours with me through pm or something if needed.
i really want to try it out

The nand files are copyrighted so not legally sharable I believe.
