I tried this code, it isn't working.
To help me understand what might be causing the problem:
  • What save (first, second, or third save) and level were you playing on?
  • Are you using the latest version of TCPGecko? There is a change in the code types which results in different codes. My code will not work on an older version of TCPGecko.
  • Did inputting my code cause any crashes?

the first save, and where is the latest version of TCPGecko? The one I used, I downloaded from HBC app store, but I also use one found on wj44.ml/k31. Which is the latest one? And which pyGecko do I use?

the first save
What level?

which pyGecko do I use?
I use JGecko U to upload the cheat codes. I never used pyGecko.

Here is the link to the download.
The Version should be 1.1.

Mystery House Marathon, but it would be great if there was one code for ALL levels. I'm using the starting room of the MMM level as a place to test the code.

No problem
So I just unlocked the Crown world, but the moon jump code works fine on Mystery House Marathon (At the entrance). Is there a specific place where the code does not work at?

Edit: How about this, add this code:

30000000 108BEE14
10000000 40000000
31000000 000000AC
30100000 00000000
10000000 40000000
31000000 00002800
00120000 41700000

You should be moving up nonstop.

It works! But I need the extra bit that lets me get back down when I stop holding A.

Well, the address I got for the Wii U gamepad input was located at 102F49A8. It seemed to stay the same whenever I boot up the game with cheats. I guess it is not the same with each console. Maybe I can try using different controllers and see if I can a pointer.

I tried adding this to the top of your Moon jump code:

03020000 102F49A8
00008000 00000000

But it only made the game slow down. Oh and does the new code work in other places? It also worked in 5-4 as well as Crown-mystery house

It should work everywhere (the exception being the world map) with all character. At least with my random testing it did.

I just realized I didn't put the termination (I keep forgetting to do that...) with the code I showed you.

Even with the termination the character still goes up nonstop. At least we're getting closer now that we have a code for all levels.

On a much lesser note, is it pure coincidence that the termination ends in 'DEADCAFE'?
