You should upload files to github releases, I can't seem to be able to send it to titledb.com from raw.githubusercontent.com.

Oh, looks like someone added v0.31 instead.

Using FBI to install the cia version of this gives me an error message.

Invalid argument/Invalid ncch.

Super Mario Kart is now at 1-2 fps of runing full speed with frameskip 4 :o
DKC2 still has some tearing issues in some sprites (the little coins, enemys, diddy kong's sprites...), I noticed that this issue is very noticeable in the first level but not in the second, the third level is a little bit noticeable with diddy's sprites.
There are some sound issues with attacks on UMK3 (->+->+A of smoke sounds very bad).
There are still some sound issues on Earthbound.
Something interesting to note, special chip games that crashed before are playbable in game now! and I did some testing:
Yoshi's island runs at 49-50 in tutorial level and 35-48 on the first level (depending on how many enemys and things are on screen).
Star fox 2 runs at 35 fps.
Star fox 1 runs from 20 to 25 fps.
(all of this tested with frameskip 4 of course).

Is there a way to set frame skipping on a per game basis instead of for everything? DBZ super butoden 2 runs too fast on frameskip 4 but setting it to frameskip 1 fixes it.

weird problem i ran into if i put headphones in i can't use any buttons anyone wanna test this out? so i know if its just me or a normal issue

What ones i can try for you Sorry never played them also if anyone wants me to try games for them i will i have a 2ds ^_^ its not a problem :D

Sorry for the late answer, if possible I&II along with Kyuuyaku Megami Tensei. Those are the only ones for the Snes I believe.
