Yeah, just install with FBI or any other .cia installer. If you use FBI you'll need to exit and reload to get the new version, and if your previous FBI is the old version 1.x or injected into Health and Safety, you'll get a new icon for this version 2.x. You can uninstall the old version afterward, or just leave it alone.

I updated FBI through homebr3w and for some reason a rating restriction pops up when I try to open it up. I checked my parental controls and it's set to no restrictions though. Any one else?

You have to completely turn off parental controls to stop that from happening.

You need to either be running CFW (either a9lh-based, or emunand based), or be running firmware version 9.2.

Nope. You have to downgrade to 9.2 (cfw) or wait for a kernel exploit...

The .3dsx works on 9.2 OFW... (and also <=10.7 thanks to svchax, but limited)
