And it's a choice that I made to reblock the online.
Unfortunately, there's too much people which use the cheats to ruins others fun.

Games are mean't to be fun and as we can't distinguish good guys to bad guys, everyone stays offline.

Completely understandable and I see that as a clear point.
I just found out that local play still works so I can still use them with freinds in local play so it is perfect for me......also yeah we don't want this to be like CS:GO.

I am using NTR 3.0 with the streaming feature.
So i can't have both? NTR 3.0 with stream and this NTR with cheat..?

I wonder why the code for Conception II doesn't work with any region of the game. I'm playing the undub version, so I am thinking whether it's because of the change for serial code of the game.
