Nintendo thinks this is an error related to Wi-Fi connection, but I highly doubt that.
I wish I knew something other than to check your files and make sure that you have all of them (you Wii U may have auto-powered-down mid-dump).

It is a WiFi error.

OP my copy of MP10 comes up with the exact same error but then carries on and plays fine, I assumed it was because the console was trying to connect to the MP10 servers and couldn't so is nothing to worry about.
