Actually my mistake, that's what I meant.

You still need a way to downgrade NATIVE_FIRM for 11.0, which means DSiWare downgrade using an already hacked 3DS and system transferring, or a hardmod. This does mean that after doing that, you can use Browserhax to downgrade to 9.2 instead of needing an alternate entrypoint.
