ill try win10 then, brb in 1 hour or two when ill have tryed allTry to get it from Microsoft or go to windows 10 much easier

it reduirect me to this

...You should install Windows 7 first so you can get the free Windows 10 license. Why not run a normal upgrade to Windows 7, activate it, upgrade to Windows 10, then do a clean install of Windows 10 through one of several alternative methods? That might be the easiest thing for you.
I thought the problem was that OP couldn't run the bootable thumb drive when starting the computer. The upgrade process can be done from within Vista....
I think you're missing the problem.
But yes, you have I think 48 hours or so to get a free upgrade to Windows 10. Then you would have to pay.

Edit: It had been a few hours since I last read the first post. @Noctosphere, which edition of Vista are you on, and which edition of the Windows 7 ISO did you download?
Right, which is why I am trying to find alternatives to a clean install, especially since that's only what OP wants to do because of an alleged edition mismatch. He is trying todo a clean install so he will format the HDD when he install so it does not matter and you will have to pay windows 10 in a couple of months anyway.

Is it properly activated?alright, win 10 installed, thanks
