Hacking Create a NAND Backup on 11.0.0-33?

Is it possible to create a backup of my NAND on 11.0.0-33 before I downgrade using Fieldrunners? Then afterwards I could restore it to my emuNAND and get back my games? (I mostly want to do this for the saves, I'm having trouble backing them up).

Yes the nand.bin you obtain in the dsiware hax is indeed a nand.bin backup.
So you're backing up your 11.0 nand in the process

Following Plailect's guide the file should be F0F1_N3DS.bin or F0F1_O3DS.bin depending on what 3DS I have?

except that by system transfering to his system from another one would cause the target system to loose its NNID/saves etc, but no there is no way to do it without a hardware mod, unless you system transfer them to another 3ds prior to doing the system transfer to inject the dsiware hax on 11.0 (but by doing so you trigger the 7 day cool down on performing a system transfer, jeopardizing the chance to downgrade if a update that blocks the exploit comes out in the meantime)

No way to do it. You can only backup saves. People who say Fieldrunnerhax makes a backup clearly don't understand that a system transfer will remove all data from the target system, meaning that backup from fieldrunnerhax won't have any of the data from the user of that 3ds.
