I thought I was on emunand and updated now it says I'm 11.0, am I screwed or can I downgade?

downgrade via hardmod or dsiware soft mod. do u have a9lh?

No I hadn't gotren that far yet for the a9lh and I swore I was in emunand but it says ver 11.0.0-33U won't let me get into homebrew channel, how do I do dsiware soft mod?

They got to the beginning of Part 4 and instead of updating emuNAND, they updated sysNAND.

Following the guide I only got to where I was using Luma3ds/Rednand, I was about to start doing the rest so that I had the a9lh but then it said I was on 11.0. How much is a hard mod and is there someone that does them here?

you can wait until around when the NX comes out or the next standalone handheld by then nintndo will stop distibuting updates like witht the wii and eventually an exploit will be found, if you dont want to wait and have the cash

oh i guess i didnt see that if u put it, u are one of the unlucky few who have to unlink nands to update, the guide really should say something about it but its not at all common so...

umm First off, thats one bad report and most people have gotten fine results.
Second, you could get some basic life skils and solder it yourself
Third, Thats f*cking piracy and you couldve been smart and used Ciangel to install a ticket on 9.2 before updating
Also, if you did your research and knew what you were doing you couldve easily avoided this.

if im such a nutjob, y was i smart enough to not be an idiot and not update my sysnand and take precautions such as unlinking nands (the thing you would have done if you knew what you were actually doing). again what i said was rude but, serious reason of this post
Do you have any friends with a 3ds with cfw or an exploitable firm?

You could also find somebody online and have them do the DS #1 part on their side and PM Files, i would have helped you, but im just a nutjob who is on his way to the local asylum, and id probably just mess it up with my nuttyness

I don't want your help you'd probably purposely brick my 3ds you seem nutty, you said I need to get life skills to soldier my 3ds? Soldering a small handheld game console is not life skills. You need some life lessons on terrible attitude and rudeness, you need a lot of those.

Soldering is something that everyone of your supposed age should know, i learned to solder in 3 extracurricular and both Art and Science. Also, im rude to people when they are incompetent and ill informed due to their incompetence. I suggest next time you want help dont do what you did, ive tried it before, believe me, it doesn't work.

I could be nutty, but at least i'm smart, at least people arent dumb enough to not read a basic guide correctly

i feel sorry for the dopes that think "99.9 percentile" is a thing. or people that think being smart has anything to with the ability to find exploits

Hi, which guide should I follow if I wanted to shift from GW Emunand to CFW? CFW seems like a much easier and better choice than GW if I read correctly
System: New3DS 9.2
Rxtools not up to date already? Still saw replies on its thread and can't tell which CFW is more updated with the latest features by reading threads
CFW nowadays can boot up with close to 100% rate and without the use of extra cartridge like GW and can also convert 3DS to CIA etc. right?
Where do I start guys? Really need someone to shed me some light
