Hello! I'm relatively new here, but after a thorough search on google, I can't seem to find any answers as to what I'm experiencing on my Wii U using Loadiine GX2....

I may be searching/asking the wrong question, but to make a long story short, when playing Mass Effect 3 SE and Twilight Princess HD through Loadiine GX2, both seem to run above the locked 30fps. Although it isn't consistent, it is blatantly obvious the fps jumps up significantly when there's not TOO much going on, on screen. Even with Xenoblade Chronicles X, it will jump up here and there above 30 fps for up to 10 seconds at a time! It may just be skipping up to around 45fps, but appears practically 60fps... but it's most DEFINITELY above 30fps.

I'm using a ScanDisk 128GB Ultra UHS-I Class 10 SDXC Memory Card. My only assumption, is that it's the SD Card that is allowing the game to do this? I'm not tech savy at all, but I can't see any other explanation as to why this is happening. Am I overclocking the Wii U??

Anyone else notice this, or am I just completely crazy? lol I got a refurbished 32GB Deluxe Edition with ver. 5.3.2 pre-installed. I've done nothing else to it otherwise.

Overall, I can't complain, but I don't want to damage my Wii U, if this is something it shouldn't be doing normally.

Many thanks to everyone! =)

Haven't noticed this, I've played several games off of my ssd and my sd and didn't see any difference except in load times (waaay longer on the SD).

Don't worry, you're definitely not overclocking your Wii U ;)
Well, that's good to know then. lol! Been getting a bit paranoid about it lately.

The only load times that seem to be noticeably "bad", is with Twilight Princess HD. Everything else seems relatively tolerable.

Splinter cell Blacklist is also terrible (2+ min to get to main menu, another 2+ min to get to base, 2+ min to start mission)

That's the thing. I know ME3, Xenoblade Chronicles X and Twilight Princess HD are suppose to be locked at 30fps. But they are clearly running higher than 30fps at certain times.
Yeah, there's plenty of 60fps games; Super Mario 3D World, Nintendoland, Bayonetta 2, Star Fox Zero, to name a few. Those are easily recognizable at a framerate above 30fps.

Well...I'm not sure what to tell you. Whether or not certain games are locked at 30 FPS is beyond me (read: I have no clue). So, enjoy your privilege(?) while it lasts!

Just for the record, I have a bare bones, 1080p, 120Hz tv with no motion blur options or anything like that, so I know it isn't the tv. :P
