almost......you can't buy petit computer anymore.

though you could probably use any dsihaxx as well, which you can't really set up without cfw.

i bought the app back in the dsi's era at the time i believed a exploit would be found . . . turns out i was correct . . . fuckin awesome all i would need to do is link my nnid to his console re-download the game and boom were are a go

you'll have to call Nintendo or do a transfer to that console to move the NNID, so you can downgrade it.

don't do this yet, of course, unless there happens to be an exploit in petit computer.

I thought you could system transfer dsi apps to the 3ds onesie-twosie style?
At least, that's what I did a couple years back anyway.
