1 How would I downgrade, and 2 the NAND backup I should restore is the one I had before I installed a9lh right?
The same way you downgrade to 9.2 in Plailect's guide, and then restore that backup without the keep A9LH. If you have the one before installing it could also work but I figured you'd want the most recent.

Well i have a SysNAND backup of 9.2.0-20E (No A9lh) should I just open EmuNAND9 Tool and just import the backup of it?

1, Use decrypt9WIP latest to downgrade with you're backup on SD called SYSnand.bin
2, yes but make sure you restore it by selecting not
Keep a9lh option

It's above keep a9lh (it's jut referred to as restore from backup I'm pretty sure) read the instructions
Well im on Hourglass9 and for some reason if I use the hbl cia to get into Homebrew and open my Decrypt9WIP it flashes red 2 times then goes back into HBL. But if I power on and hold X I go into Hourglass fine. Do you have the Decrypt9wip luma payload?

I'm pretty sure forced but I've never removed a9lh so I'd wait for another confirmation

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Does the backup you're trying to restore PRE-a9lh if so verify the backup than restore it
