O3DSXL
sysNAND = 9.2.0-9U
emuNAND = 11.0.0-33U
sys/emuNAND = Unlinked
128GB mSD FAT32 32 allocation (also tried a 4GB SDHC)
No NNID on emuNAND
Clean install. No DLs or .CIA's on either.
Redcart Updated and in game slot.

Wanting to do this:

To do above I need to do the Plailect Guide:

I can't get Homebrew to browserhax boot. I'm using this link:
White slidebar shows up, click on right side, browser crash error prompt.

Used GW Menu to format GWemuNAND, went back into sysNAND and reformatted System Memory to unlink. Two key strings in Nintendo3DS folder. Went back into GWemuNAND and updated GWFW to 11.0.

Boots into GW just fine... Redcart updated and works.

Copied STARTER PACK from Plailect Guide (Both .3sdx and Folder file) to mSD root.

Clean wiped browser and loaded up Homebrew URL... crashes out of browser. Even tried the QR code.

Sometimes it messes up the mSD and I have to start all over again. It tried to modify the files and then locks up the mSD. So I unlock it with a FAT32>NTFS>FAT32 reformat and start all over again. Getting tired of this.

Am I missing a file? Using the wrong URL? Need to install another CFW? If so, which one do you recommend? rxTools? RedNAND?

Any help would be appreciated...

It's obvious, Browserhax doesn't work on 11.0, just install the HBLauncher cia

I can't tell if you are trying to run it from the EmuNAND or from the SysNAND.

If trying from SysNAND, does your browser usually work on it? 9.2.0-9U looks like a cart update from 4.2, so you most likely have no working browser at all.

Anyway, don't you already have menuhax? If you read the Guide page you linked:
9.0.0 - 9.2.0 (with an existing CFW): change menuhax to type 1, set your menuhax trigger to D-Pad down, then start the guide at Part 4. Note that anywhere "RedNAND" is mentioned, you can pretend it says "EmuNAND" instead as they are very similar and the instructions will be the same other than that.

... so I don't know why are you trying to setup CTRBootManager with auto-boot.

So you don't already have menuhax installed? Does your browser even work with other websites? I see you have a Sky3DS, why not use ninjhax2 to setup menuhax and get on with the guide from part 4?

You should follow the 9.2.0 update just to update the browser. Your browser is very low and idk if it will work with Browserhax...

Yeah it works. Been using it to boot into GW Menu. Loads default Nintendo URL, etc.

Right now I'm just trying to follow the Guide.

....Because I've never had to use Ninjahax to setup menuhax? Just always browser booted into GW.

Yay, rxTools... Yeah, it's probably the browser.

Wait no, you can boot cubic ninja with GW on sysNAND right?

Then, this is a good opportunity of doing it for the first time. :) I mean, really you can try to fix your browser by going through the update stuff, or just take 5 minutes and use ninjhax to set up menuhax and start the guide from part 4.

He can also download Cubic Ninja on GW, run it and install Menuhax on sysNAND

You mean Sky3DS? Yeah... That's how I originally updated my sysNAND to 9.2 using Smash Bros update on Sky3DS.
Then Run Cubic Ninja on it and install Menuhax

Yeah, at this point I know it's the hard way, but I'm better off updating to 22U and making a backup in case. So rxTools it is...

Thanks everyone. Very helpful. And thanks Andrew. Would love to see your thread about installing A9LH... I feel your pain.

So I need to go to the update process on the guide and make sure I'm running 9.2.0-22U. Got it.

I also need to make sure I backup emuNAND and SysNAND while in rxTools... THEN upgrade sysNAND to 22U. Make another backup of sysNAND. Proceed with guide... which eventually I need to downgrade to 2.1.

But what I learned was my browser wasn't fully upgraded... hrm.

To do this can I use DSTwo to run the sysupdater?

Like I said, you can install Cubic Ninja on your Sky3DS, to install Menuhax and update the browser only with FBI

Is there anyway to do an update without a DS flashcart? I do have browser as I am over 6.2/9.2. Don't think the DSTwo is gonna work...

Wait, can't I use GW Menu to "downgrade" to 9.2.0-22U?
