Homebrew Strange Black Boxes on Home Menu

So I have these strange black icons on my home menu. They don't appear in settings and I cba to look for them in FBI/etc. How do I get rid of these.
They're just black icons, no banner, no music, and when launched I get a constant bootloop of the red/black 3DS screen.

Look through FBI, find any red named title that starts with 00040000, and remove them.

DON'T UNINSTALL THEM
Go to System Settings, then Data Management, 3DS, etc. and see if anything is...off.

Nothing is off. I already said that in the OP

These are like hidden titles.
For example one of them is NNID Settings, because System Settings boots an entirely different app for that.
I've found you can't delete them, so I just move them into a useless apps folder

Black squares are most of the time:

1- titles installed to the wrong storage (sd/nand)
2- correctly installed hidden system titles, that are supposed to have special handling (nnid settings, amiibo settings, etc) which wasn't implemented yet in the system and/or Home version you're using!
