Its ok we understand but you need to understand^2 that emulators are really hard to make and not every single dev has the time to develop something like this, due to time or the impossible emulation of such system like a n64 on a O3ds...

i didn't know that the 3ds can't emulate n64, because psp can emulate it, and i thinked that the 3ds its more powerfull than the psp

Wrong Devs are secretly hiding their super3ds 11.2 arm9 exploit as well as their wii u emulator for 3ds.
That's always how it works, consumer who pestered their mother into getting a 3ds for Christmas gets arm9 exploit on latest firmware and everything they want because their dog accidentally upgraded their 3ds.

If anything, N64 Emulation might only be possible for the N3DS. Especially since it has the right amount of Controls. Also, someone would have to Build it from scratch since Porting would be a big Pain.

Is it possible? Sure. Though, if someone did put in the insane amount of time and work to get it to a playable state it'll probably be very glitchy and only work with a couple of games. The o3DS just simply isn't powerful enough for playable compatible N64 emulation to be realistic.

Well, reading thru' the N64's specs, I don't think you would be able to run any ROM on the old3DS at all, but if the old3DS wouldn't run out of memory, it would be unplayably slow, and would eventually run out of RAM, so it's not worth the effort.
On new3DS, you would be possibly able to run ~1% of the ROMs, but it still would be slow due to the need to emulate a different architecture (64bit MIPS) on a 32bit ARM11 processor.
Also, iirc the N64 and the PSP have the same processor architecture (MIPS), so that's why it's possible on the PSP. But keep in mind, that even though you get reasonable speed on the PSP, it's still struggling (Mario64 is kinda playable, MarioKart64 is unplayably slow).

Wow, thanks for the news flash.
Now if only the mobile market didn't consist of nearly only simple, made-to-be-addictive, pay2win, lazy games. Besides, emulation on a touch screen is an absolute hell.

The PSP barely emulated the N64. It never ran at fullspeed, and most games didn't even run acceptably. Also, the 3DS is completely different from the PSP, a completely different architecture. Given that the old3DS (at the moment) can't even properly emulate the Virtual Boy, PS1, etc, I doubt we'll ever see a proper N64 emulator, especially for the o3DS.
