smileyhead3DS - Nintendo64 emulator for the 3DS

With the help of me, @smileyhead made a Nintendo64 emulator for the 3DS

Features:

• Multiple format support: supports n64, v64*, and z64 formats
• Slow as fuck
• There's not enough memory on the old3DS to run it (might be runnable in high memory mode)
• The file selector is infinitely scrollable upwards if there are less than 4 files in the current folder
• My old3DS got warm in a few minutes
• Has 3D mode, if you want to die before before the title screen
• Has ~14M of RickRoll in it Hold Y to speed up/slow down the speed, or hold START to stop

*even though .v64 is supported, a bug in the file manager causes it to be not listed
