Homebrew FBI Error whilst trying to install a9lh

I have just gotten to the part where I formatted emuNand once. Now I have to do it again, but in order to do that I need to install the TinyFormat CIA file again. I went to my FBI and it said my database did not exist...Okay? So, I had redone the db file process (System settings, software, etc.) and I went back to my emuNand. Still not working. Any help?

Should I just launch the Homebrew menu from Emunand and continue to use TinyFormat from there? I have cubic ninja, so I'm capable of doing that

no. go to eshop and when it asks to update, exit.it creates the dB files better imo
