ROM Hack SmileBasic Error (003-4199)

Hello guys!

I have a litte problem. A few days ago I discovered SmileBasic.
Everything was fine until I clicked on "Publish/Download Projects".
It said that I had to accept the terms and when I accepted the term it ask me again... After a few attempts an error-code appeared "003-4199".

My 3DS is european so I am basicly not abel to use SmileBasic. Is this the reason why I can't accept the terms?
Is there a way to use it regardless?

Just update lima3ds to the latest version. That's the typical cause of your issue.

Find and install "config.cia" and then set the eula setting to "ff:ff"
