I played it with the qt-vc build, it was considerably slow though.
Playing it with the SSE3 or SSE4.1 builds was considerably faster but still not full-speed for me, but doesn't give you any options at all.

all the options are set in the ini, set them by hand ifyou need, then leave them be.

the sse3/sse4.1/avx is SDL2 builds, not QT builds, you need to drag/drop

drag the rom like you are going to move it to another location but put it on the exe

Not exactly true. Full screen option avable only for qt build and not for original citra exe. Or maybe i don t know how set up it?.
