Technically, you could have several roms and use some file explorer on the 3ds to rename them as you go (would probably need to rename the saves too).

However, this isn't intended to be used for playing yet. It's not at that stage and the dev is still working on it, so just wait.

Considering the low fps it runs at, (when it actually runs something), even if they added audio it'd be probably broken and awful. They'll probably add it at some point, but it shouldn't be a focus until they can reliably run games.

With how slow games are right now, audio would sound horrible. I'd wait until a decent number of games are running at a reasonable speed that lag won't totally ruin the audio.

It basically has edited .bat files from blargVC.
