I bought these pvc cards: (47$ for 50 tags.)
http://www.amazon.com/Ntag-215-Blank-White-Cards/dp/B00XWCQO8A

I use a Note4 for NFC. and tagmo 1 since tagmo 2 would give me a UID error.

edit:amiibo picture credit goes to original owner I did not make those I just printed them out.

where did you buy those nfc tag ?

btw is buying nfc tags Worth it ? I mean you can't rewrite them, n2elite is rewritable so, what should I do ?

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

You could have got the same cards from me for $44 on ebay.
link ?

Been making my own cards at the moment also. 4" x 6" photo-paper, ntag215 sticker on the reverse, fold in half stick together with double sided tape and the tag is protected and you get a nice wee card :)
Found this to be easier than the credit card style tags. Needed a way to protect my Amiibos and its more convenient when playing Amiibo games, and risking damaging my figures.
if any one wants a copy of my psd gimme a shout and i will link it.

Someone knows if this process Works with Disney Infinity figures? (find the key or similar and put it in a ntag or rfid)

Hello all,
I've decided to make a nice tutorial for creating Amiibo NTAG215s.

Thanks to @HiddenRambler updating TagMo to use the keys and amiitool inside of it, this is really simple now. You simply need the amiibo key (Google for it, you'll find it on pastebin ;) ), split it in half, and TagMo 2, then load up the 2 keys, then the BIN files.

TagMo 2: https://gbatemp.net/attachments/tagmo-zip.37286/

I'm just waiting on my tags in the mail and was trying to have the files ready and waiting. So what file names do I use for the 2 key files and where do I place them? I assume root of phones internal memory, I just want to make sure.

The filenames as well as the place you store the the files in does not matter, since locating the key files goes like this:
- install and load the tagmo app
- open the menu
- choose "load keyfile(s)"
- navigate to where you stored your key files using andoids built-in file browser or the one you like the most
- tap on the first of the two key files to load it
- repeat the steps for the second key file

you need to do this only once as long as you do not (re)move or delete the key files. the next time you open the tagmo app the keys will be already loaded for you.

Strange the copy of Tagmo I have (downloaded from the link in my quote today) doesn't have that option. Which caused my confusion and thinking it moved to a static location.

The menu only has two options for me "Load tag file" and "Write to tag"
Should I assume the load tag file will also load the keys or is something else wrong?

That is the exact one I have installed, (used diff to check and they matched)

Here is what the app looks like when I open the menu.

I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S 5

What sticky paper sheet are you printing them on and with which template?
