The next version CEMU (1.5.2) fix invisible coins in NSMBU (for NVidia)?
No, Exzap said that a fix can be done but it takes too much time and will be a complete nightmare to do it, so since that Exzap say that"s he isn"t going to work in it right now because even it doesn"t break anything playable in the game, and that problem doen"t appear to affect other games, also that"s because an oddity of AMD graphic cards. Exzap explained it here:

Considering how New Super Mario bros. U and New Super Luigi U coins work it will be difficult.

Would be nice! I am sure that they will figure it out but they are focus on something else to improve the Cemu first, I think.

Exzap knows exactly where the issue lies, and it's not a priority to fix. It's a very complex issue caused by the NVidia's not supporting certain things.

an oddity? it's not an oddity it's proper working rendering on amd cards and features missing for low level api's from nvidia truth be told it seems amd prepares for everything and nvidia should start doing the same instead of lacking api support all the time they might end up being usable one day

It"s an oddity, because even if working as supossed, it goes against the OpenGL specification.
Nintendo has been known to do what they want when it comes to api's and amd has always supported that head on by adding those new features to the gpu's which is why amd is the only one with full direct x 12 and vulkan support because they planned ahead

It is not a "missing" feature as it is not a feature. It goes against the OpenGL specification. It's hardware specific behaviour, and doesn't actually have much practical use past unnecessary hacks.

I don't think failing to adhere to a standard in a way that could potentially break applications is "planning ahead".

if it breaks for other gpu's to bad but a feature is a feature even if nvidia can't support it
Bugs can be used like "features", but that does not make them a feature. I'm sure if they wanted to, NVIDIA and Intel could completely throw the OpenGL specification out the window as well.

nvidia touching a api...i would be shocked that they would even lift a finger besides to break games and making gaming worse
Right, because that's relevant to what we were just talking about. I don't think I've ever seen a conversation in this thread about the graphics quirks of wip software without you going full vendor war... Neither NVIDIA/Intel or AMD are to blame for this behaviour, it's really the developer's fault for using it.

It's weird though, because coins inside bubbles, and in some other special instances, are visible..

But all in all, not a big problem, at least for me, and shouldn't be prioritized. I mean, the game is still fully playable and fun. Priorities should be with improving FPS, then sound, then more games. IMHO.

it's not just middle ware nvidia has there own api library's that are messed with in such ways they cripple other gpu's and break a ton of things in any game or program like with ue4 when it was first released it was a buggy mess graphic errors and slow and than we ripped apart the source code and removed all nvidia stuff and recompiled and bam issues fixed no matter what you want to think all experience when it comes to games or programming nvidia is just a bad way to start any project
That's called refactoring. Generally when you redesign code with more knowledge of what you're going for, it will end up better, regardless of which middleware you use. This is likely the main reason why Dolphin's dx12 backend is much faster, not because it is somehow "better" than OpenGL, but because it has been designed from the ground up with a better knowledge of the system being emulated.

Did nvidia do something to you as a child or something? You seem to have some weird hate obsession with them... that and an aversion to punctuation? It might be worth talking about something else for a while.

Yeah, I had to say something, since reading a 95 word sentence isn't easy. That doesn't change what I said though, and it looks like you're just looking for an easy way out (and apparently found one).

This thread page is gonna be gone within the hour. Raulpica you know what to do. I'll put up a cemu video when.... this... stops.
