CHMM2.cia (2.6 and 2.5) Test:
(2.6)
1. Do you have sys and emu unlinked? Yes = Installed Theme --> "Software Close: Power Off or go to Home menu --> in any case the theme does not install, but the bgm file of it yes (?)
2. Do you have sys and emu unlinked? No (you have to hard reboot) = Installed Theme --> "Software Close: Power Off or go to Home menu --> Power off = theme installed + bgm

(2.5)
Theme installed went to home bgm works but not the actual theme

CHMM2.cia (2.2) Test:
Everything works perfectly! Both reboot and home menu

I guess the 2.2 in my case is the most stable

I don't use the cia only the .3dsx and it's essentially the same for me I haven't tested 2.5 but I went from 2.2 with everything working fine and then 2.6 will install the theme but not the song file. It will only apply the song if I switch to a pre-installed theme first.

I tried both cia and 3dsx, and in both cases the 2.2 was the best one! The latest version does not work for me I explained the various situations in previous posts.
The downside of 3dsx I think is that you have to open HBL everytime which is kinda annoying for me
While cia is on the home menu, however to start it you have to press the power button and for me that I have a N3DS+Hardcase is kinda difficult
Hey but this is just me ;)

Hi i downloaded CHHM2 zip file but i don't know how to install it as a cia on my rxtools 2.6 i don't get it please help

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Doesn't seem to work in EMUnand...

I'm having trouble getting 2.6 to work right on an o3ds with a9lh and luma on FW 11.0

I install a theme shuffleset and when I go back to the home menu it defaults back to the "no theme" (even if I had one of the default color themes selected) any ideas?

I'm having trouble getting 2.6 to work right on an N3ds with a9lh and luma on FW 11.0 Too. I can't install any theme. I install but not change. Shuffle and single.

Edit. Power off New 3Ds and power on and now show themes :D

Last edited by fmhugo,
While using the cia v2.5 i keep getting a random error saying error opening zip file even though i dont have any zipped files in the themes folder
Edit: I turned off auto extract zips in settings and saved and i think that fixed it

It seems I'm getting this error running CHMM2.6 on Gateway 11.0 EmuNAND. I turned off auto extract zips and that didn't fix anything. Also, when there are themes in the Themes folder, sometimes the error message has the last 2 characters overwritten, as if some kind of buffer underrun is happening. Maybe the randomization of 11.0 EmuNAND is interfering with things?

Can i update it by downloading the newest update and copy the unzip files into CHHM2 and copy and replace them?

Will that work or screw everything up? :3
