This hack works fully offline right? As opposed to Ninjhax which requires online to get the payload after it scans the code.

Correct. It's scans the QR from a jpeg in the DCIM folder and loads the payload from the SD. lol

I can confirm it's out of the Eshop as well.

This is the US version.

Edit: It sounds like I'm going to have to hardmod at this rate ;~; And the only guy in my region who would is supposed to be taking a break from this.
You may try to search in your local games stores
PS: Nice profile pic BTW

I did and the only one that's available is in low stock 20 miles away and I have no way of getting there.

Ps: Thanks~ The pic is tied to an old account on some forum and it's been following me around for a few years now. XD

That's really unlucky ...
Next steps from Nintendo:
- All games with QR code scan capability removed from eShop
- Updates to disable QR code scanning for cartridge game
- No more games with QR code scanning
Isn't QR Code scan up to the game developers to implement it or not? Disabling it would go against some kinda law, as a customer I paid for the full game and features included?

Has anyone tried using Powersaves with this game yet? It might be compatible since the minimum firmware version required is 4.3, then you could skip the tutorial nonsense. Would be handy for people who have Powersaves.

Managed to grab it, it saved me a few bucks versus buying OOT and Powersaves or installing it off another 3DS.

Simply beautiful. Nintendo only finally managed to kill Ninjhax because they simply blocked it from going online. The QR vulnerability itself is still there.
So with this hack being fully offline, I wonder what Nintendo's countermove could be.
