Correct. It's scans the QR from a jpeg in the DCIM folder and loads the payload from the SD. lol

- Updates to disable QR code scanning for cartridge game
- No more games with QR code scanning

It's a beautiful entrypoint. No internet needed, and it has SD access out of the box. Now if only the Download Play part could send an exploit to nearby 3DSes..

Isn't QR Code scan up to the game developers to implement it or not? Disabling it would go against some kinda law, as a customer I paid for the full game and features included?

Has anyone tried using Powersaves with this game yet? It might be compatible since the minimum firmware version required is 4.3, then you could skip the tutorial nonsense. Would be handy for people who have Powersaves.

prices will be sky rocketing soon, though.
Take the blue pill, and you'll pay 30, have the game, and be done with it.
Take the red pill, and you'll be hunting low prices as soon as possible.

Whichever you prefer

Simply beautiful. Nintendo only finally managed to kill Ninjhax because they simply blocked it from going online. The QR vulnerability itself is still there.
So with this hack being fully offline, I wonder what Nintendo's countermove could be.
