Hacking Need a *hax on 9.5

Heyho..
i made a big mistake while Downgrading my o3DS from 4.4 to 2.1.
Sooo.. after a error, some try and error and getting it back up to start... i couldnt start anything on it. Looked like frankenfirmware.

Since it was late and i didn't really thought about it i updated my o3DS with Games to 8.1 and then to 9.5. Long story short, i forgot thats the webbrowser didn't get updated through games and that's the problem i cant get browserhax to work and always end up with "an error has occured".

What alternativs i have? Oh and yes, i have a NAND Backup, but currently no hardmod.
