I'm not the kind of person who asks things. But his is getting me mad since I already browsed the network for several hours already, and I haven't found any clue about what's going on.

So. I have a 2DS which used MenuHax for coldbooting into EmuNAND with ReiNAND. I had my eShop working, and a lot of games bought with my NNID. All working nicely.

I installed arm9loaderhax using Plailect's guide. Everything went fine, and I did everything as the guide said, word by word. It works really good with Luma3DS, and it's nice to have a "bootmii" kind of in the 3DS.

But. I never tried to enter the eShop since installing arm9loaderhax until today. I got the message "You cannot use this Nintendo Network ID on this System" with error code 022-2501. But it is the same NAND that I used when I had MenuHax + ReiNAND! What's the problem here?

I read somewhere that this happened when messing around with Secure Info value, or something like that, when changing the console's serial. But I haven't messed up with anything like this. Just games, some emulators, and homebrew apps from time to time, I never touch anything else than that.

I tried formatting the SysNAND through System Settings (backing up my NAND first, of course), and tried linking the NNID again from the formatted System Settings. It told me "The NNID was already linked to another console". Restored back my NAND backup, and everything is working fine, but I still get the same message when entering the eShop.

What's going on here? Could someone please help me?

Believe me, I've read everything I've seen about this. More than 20 different threads and 10 different forums.

I'm right now in Updated SysNAND 11.0 (last firmware update), with Luma3DS 5.5 (latest release).

Thanks in advance.

While booting into luma, hold select and see if you have the dev one selected or not. I had this problem and the dev selection was on. I hope its that and not something else.

I checked that, too. I'm not in dev mode. I used the normal pack,

I think those come in two separated packs since some releases ago.

As I said in the OP, Luma3DS 5.5. Yeah, it's latest release.
I need to stop skimming tbh.
Hmm it says that you cant use this nnid on this system? It could possibly think its linked to 2 different nands? O.o
Have you tried this? http://en-americas-support.nintendo...t-use-this-nintendo-network-id-on-this-system

Its a long shot, but it could possibly help? If it doesnt help you could always call nintendo about unlinking your nnid?

It's not possibly I have it linked to two different NANDs. I followed Plailect's guide, and I have the very same NAND I had since MenuHax + ReiNAND.

I just did what says in the Nintendo page you linked, and now all of my eShop bought games are gone from my Home Menu, since when trying the last step of "re-linking", it told me the NNID is already in use with another console.

This is insane. I'm buying games even with a CFW, and Nintendo blocks me. Great.

Thanks for trying to help, but I think this is one of those bogus things that happen sometimes.

I'm seriously thinking now on pirating every new game I want.

Restore youre nand backup that had the nnid linked and then call nintendo and say you need your nnid unlinked. For some reason it has it linked to a limbo nand O.o Nintendo can fix it

Thanks. I'll try.

I'm not sure if they'll do anything, since I live in Mexico, and they are known for not having good support around here...

Thanks again!

Do this - back up your sysnand, run tinyformat, then restore sysnand from said backup. I'm betting that you unlinked your emunand with sysnand via a system format at some point, as opposed to the more modern tinyformat...No need to bug Nintendo for something you can fix yourself :)

EDIT: Nevermind, seems you got yourself squared up already. This might be of use to someone else in the future though, so I'll leave it here...

Thanks for commenting. However, I never did anything like that. Well, until today as I commented.

eShop worked alright with MenuHax. Following Plailect's guide, I only used Tiny Format several times. I have, in fact, the same theme set as before installing arm9loaderhax, for example.

I never did nor tried a System Settings format before today (and I did after finding out about the issue).

Thanks for commenting, anyway, this could help someone else of course.
