Homebrew Gateway Code to NTR Debugger Code (Converter)

This is the most simple program i've ever made. It's very easy and I wonder why I havent seen this done before. This will automatically convert your Gateway Codes to NTR Debugger Format (This is beta, exactly why it looks trashy).

Still, it's in beta. It WILL get better, by like alot I swear

yeah, but for long codes. it will take longer to do. this will just save some time

Jup thats true, but for creating a cheat plugin we would still need to modify it the outcome.
