Homebrew list of full speed (or near full speed) emulators for O3DS

Title should say most, if not all. Can someone provide a list of ALL full speed emulators for O3DS, A9LH, or otherwise. try to list them like this, where applicable, if the emulators don't exist or work just put N/A:
NES: (name of emulator ) / [average FPS ]
SNES: (name of emulator ) / [average FPS ]
GB/GBC: (name of emulator) / [average FPS]
GBA: (name of emulator) / [average FPS]
SMS: (name of emulator) / [average FPS]
SGG: (name of emulator) / [average FPS]
GENESIS: (name of emulator) / [average FPS]
CHIP-8 : (name of emulator) / [average FPS]

list other stuff too, if I forgot anything. thanks in advance!

Just for the hell of it, I'll just tell you one thing. The speed of the emulator completely depends on the game itself, like Golden Sun 2 or Driver 2 for the GBA. So, if someone is going to give you results, make sure they explain which game they tested it on, or something like that. Also, O3DS is not a good system to do Emulators on.

Use VC for these for full speed

For O3DS you will not even get full speed for Snes btw

most people probably will stick to VC Injection, but sometimes we may not want to go that route!

EDIT: also, one point of this post is, VC save injection is a real pain in the arse. emulator save injecting is copy and paste easy.
