Homebrew Japanese New 3DS boot bug

Hi. So I was trying to install A9LH on my Japanese N3DS. I did not know shutting it off during the 2.1 part would be bad. So I did because I had to go somewhere. Now when I boot I remember hearing a friend of mine say it translated to kernel bug. Not too sure though. It gets stuck on a error screen. When I do recovery mode it goes past the error screen but then restarts and doesn't go in to recovery mode. Anyone know what I should do?

Well. I could hardmod it like I did with my other. I was just hoping I didn't have to.

Yes it would be better to restore the nand with your backup (if you save your nands) with the hardmod and return the process again
